The color-coded analysis is based on the best available data and reflects the International Residential/Building Code adoptions’ status. It does not reflect the status of building code enforcement.
If you receive a gray color-coded finding for your search area, your community’s residential building code adoption status may not be available; however, you may contact your local government for the information. Please keep in mind that mobile homes and manufactured housing are not constructed using the residential building code reflected in this analysis, so this website is not applicable to those types of structures.
